LITS Scholar-in-Residence Tea Talk Today!

You are cordially invited to a tea talk by Elizabeth Sharpe, the LITS 2012-13 Scholar-in-Residence, Wednesday, March 27, at 4pm in the Stimson Room. Her talk is entitled "A Most Affecting Event": Students Write About Sickness and Death at Mount Holyoke, 1837-1850." 

What did Mount Holyoke women in the nineteenth-century think about illness, end-of-life-experiences, and death? Come hear what Elizabeth has discovered in Archives & Special Collections about these important topics. Tea and treats will be served.
