Staff and Student Picks On Display Now!

National Library week is finally upon us. Let’s celebrate with a good read! This week LITS staff and students are showing off their favorites from the library’s collection. If you’re eager for a break from studying come take a look in the Reading Room. Our recommendations feature a variety of titles. Pick out some non-fiction, a retelling of Cinderella, a perfect beach read, or even a collection of essays from a Pioneer Valley local. This year’s theme is Communities Matter. Caroline Kennedy, Honorary Chair of the National Library Week, welcomes everyone to celebrate libraries by sharing the books that mean something to us. The Mount Holyoke community most certainly means a great deal to LITS! Join us in sharing the books that matter to us by checking out the table in the Reading Room. The Staff and Student Picks display will be an ongoing feature. Be sure to keep an eye out for your next great read! As always, if you’re looking for more titles or just interested in browsing, come see us at the Research Help Desk. We’d love to help.

Happy National Library Week!

P.S. We want you to love your library, so we will be passing out surveys and candy this week to learn more about what you love, or don’t love so much, about the library. If you haven’t filled one out yet, you can do so here.
